Florian Schmid: Stitching Concrete

Florian Schmid's project Stitching Concrete plays with a double layer fabric that hold cement between the two layers. The forms are draped around a wooden mold and stitched into shape. They then dry and have the stability of concrete yet the appearance of soft fabric.
