"Untitled (Plastic Cups)" by Tara Donovan

Within the past year or so I have become more and more interested in sculptures and installations. New-York based artist Tara Donovan showed off her sculpture piece called "Untitled (Plastic Cups)" last summer in a Chelsea gallery. She layered Styrofoam cups at different heights to build a fictional glacier landscape. I have seen this idea been used before when one artist used plastic straws and glued them horizontally to the wall to make it look like the room was being overtaken by clouds.
Tara Donovan's installation isn't exactly industrial design related but I thought it created a very imaginative environment.
