Tomás Alonso: Aintree

The London based designer Tomás Alonso created the collection called Aintree based on using ash and the details of leather saddlery. This past week I was trying to come up with a simple locking system for a piece of furniture that I'm working on when I looked over at my saddle bag purse and saw these golden grommets. This just reminded me of the subtly smart shelf in Alonso's Aintree collection.
