Ruth Asawa: Sculptures & Studio

Ruth Asawa is a Japanese-American sculptor who studied under Jospeh Albers at Black Mountain College in the late 1940s. I love her work for its whimsical quality, especially the crochet wire sculptures that appear to light as air.
