Max Lamb and Studio Glithero: Studioware

During this past London Design Week, Studio Glithero and Max Lamb have joined forces to show at Gallery Fumi in a show called Studioware.


Inspired by traditional skills found in architectural plaster work, Studio Glithero makes elliptical plaster mirror frames coated in a matte polyester.



Max Lamb presents a series of utilitarian furniture made of standard dowel rods. The form is inspired by traditional English furniture with a taste of the light modernism. Max wanted the forms to be understood and simple enough that artisans outside of his studio could produce the furniture.
